Hi, I’m Jessica!

I’m so happy you’re here! I started The Bronze Bar in 2015 as one of the first mobile spray tanning businesses in metro Detroit. Growing up as a fair-skin redhead, I was never able to achieve the tan I so badly desired and so my love for spray tanning was instant. Having a spray tan gave me CONFIDENCE! I knew I had to share this gift with as many women as possible because when a woman truly feels confident, she is capable of whatever it is that she wants to do.

For many years I spray tanned in the evenings after my “day-job” seeing clients across Metro Detroit (shout-out to my OG clients, I love you!) Upon being furloughed in May 2020 due to COVID-19, my passion for airbrush tanning took a front seat. Having my MBA degree, years of salon experience and an unstoppable worth ethic, I knew I had the foundation to shoot my shot-to turn my side-hustle into a full-time heart-led career. I took a chance in the height of the pandemic and opened The Bronze Bar’s first brick and mortar location in July 2020 (crazy, I know!). Fast forward to October 2022, I opened our second location in Shelby Township - a major upgrade with multiple rooms and now operate with a team of 5 amazing women.

It’s most important to me that The Bronze Bar is an environment where you feel welcomed and where you know that your individuality and authenticity is what makes YOU beautiful. I can’t wait to meet you!
